This steel has a strictly using conditions, which need the strictly requirement on the gas content and inclusions in the steel. In this regard, the plant technician concluded the previous summary data and experience on the Nitrogen controlling, degassing and deoxidation, inclusions controlling and other aspects to refine and quantify the pre-production stage to meet not only the customer needs but also provide a reference for subsequent control in other similar steel and improvement of the quality of other stainless steel products.
It is reported that after the end of the furnace served production, the plant will organize technical personnel to analyze and discuss the problems and strange points in the production process, adjust and solidify the smelting process parameters and related operating standards to build up hardware and software support for future quantity production.
